Mainmark specialise in delivering a suite of technologies that cover densification, solidification, and soil replacement methods.
We use our Teretek® resin injection technology to enhance soil properties beneath existing structures. In areas with challenging ground conditions, we use Terefil® to replace the existing soil with an engineered lightweight, cellular concrete raft. Our Permeation Grouting and Jet Grouting techniques solidify soil, increasing load bearing capacity.
