Ground Improvement: Strengthening Foundations
Teretek® is used to deliver ground improvement solutions beneath existing structures.
There are two primary applications for the technology, bearing capacity increase and liquefaction mitigation. Over the past decade, Teretek® for ground improvement has been researched and developed to an extent that it can be designed to a high level of accuracy.
Throughout its development, Mainmark have worked with international experts on the methodology to test its performance across a wide range of geotechnical conditions.
Void Filling: Practical and Cost-effective
Teretek® is well-suited for addressing smaller voids found under concrete slabs.
By injecting the resin into these voids through small holes, Mainmark reinforces the connection between the ground and the foundation, offering a method that is both quicker and often more economical than traditional excavation and replacement.
