JOG Computer Controlled Grouting

Where Technology Meets Grout Injection

Our JOG technology is a state of the art, computer controlled, multipoint injection system.

The technology uses cementitious grouts with controlled set-time structures, to re-level structures ranging from residential homes to large commercial buildings.

JOG has the ability to inject over large and complex structures simultaneously and precisely, ensuring accurate results.

Over the years, Mainmark has successfully used JOG to re-level a broad range of structures by up to 300 mm, including heritage, multi-storey, and residential buildings.

How JOG Operates: Coordinated Precision in Action

JOG operates through a sophisticated system of interconnected injection ports, managed and sequenced by a central computer.

This system is tailored specifically for each structure, factoring in its unique features such as contour levels, structural integrity, desired lift rate, and the required volume of material.

The result: A re-levelling approach that is both incremental and uniformly gentle.

Unique Features of JOG Computer Controlled Grouting

Precision re-levelling

JOG results in accurate grout injection beneath existing structures.

Minimally Invasive Process

JOG only requires small holes, resulting in a low-impact solution for the structure.

Quick and Efficient

JOG provides a fast solution, minimising downtime and business interruption. The lift is gentle on the structure, incrementally lifted back to level.

Computer Controlled

JOG uses interconnected injection ports, managed and sequenced by a central computer.

1 Second Set Time

JOG uses a selection of cementitious grouts with set times ranging between 3 to 45 seconds. These materials remain highly fluid until they set, ensuring optimal flow.

When introduced beneath a structure, the grout works twofold: it displaces soil horizontally, leading to compaction, and causes vertical lift.

The preciseness of the technology allows for minimal grout injection at a time, causing only minuscule lifts with each application.
