Mainmark specialises in advanced ground improvement methods. Ground improvement modifies a soil’s properties, improving its load bearing capacity or resilience against liquefaction. Mainmark specialise in delivering a suite of technologies that cover densification, solidification, and soil replacement methods.
We use our Teretek® resin injection technology to enhance soil properties beneath existing structures. In areas with challenging ground conditions, we use Terefil® to replace the existing soil with an engineered lightweight, cellular concrete raft. Our permeation grouting and jet grouting techniques solidify soil, increasing load bearing capacity.
