With over 29 years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors, Tom Bailey is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Infrastructure and Mining Manager for NSW, ACT. Tom launched his career with a National Diploma in Construction Studies (Hons) from LIT, worked in London civil engineering, and ran his own building company. In 1988, he moved to Australia, shifting from construction to Sales and Business Development for a top construction chemical supplier. In 1996, Tom joined Mainmark, where he was among the founding employees who introduced Resin Injection technologies to the Australian market. Operating from the Sydney office, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and expanding its reach across all states and New Zealand, successfully opening regional offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Auckland, Western Australia, and South Australia. In his current role, Tom focuses on managing projects within the Roads, Rail, Ports, Infrastructure, and Mining segments of NSW. He collaborates closely with a highly skilled team of engineering and operational professionals who are deeply committed to delivering some of Mainmark’s most prestigious global projects. As a founding employee of Mainmark Ground Engineering, Jamie is the National Operations Manager for Australia. He has been with the company since 1999 and brings decades of experience and dedication. Known for his loyalty and expertise, he is one of the longest-serving employees at Mainmark, having worked his way up from truck operations to his current leadership role. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully delivered numerous projects globally, from small residential properties to the award-winning Christchurch Art Gallery in New Zealand. Jamie excels in team leadership and management by leading, mentoring, and developing teams of operations staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively.
