Mainmark appoints Steve Killeen as Non-Executive Director, UK.

Steve is a UK-based Director and former CEO with more than 40 years’ experience in executive leadership, corporate governance and strategy across the UK, Australia and international markets. He has held senior roles within major engineering, infrastructure and industrial services organisations, bringing deep experience in leading complex, asset-intensive businesses and supporting organisations through periods of growth and transformation.

Steve is trusted by governments and major organisations to provide governance over the delivery, maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure. He is recognised for his ability to translate strategy into execution, drive disciplined performance, and deliver sustainable, value-for-money outcomes.

He is a strong advocate for industry improvement, collaboration and innovation, and is passionate about building high-performance, values-based organisations where safety, accountability and people development are central to long-term success.

In his role as Non-Executive Director (UK), Steve will support the UK board and executive team on strategy and market expansion, as well as enhancing governance oversight.
