We have an older home (80 years old) on a sloped block and it was starting to show some signs of subsistence (cracks in the walls, floor boards dropped). We had emailed and contacted a couple of companies and settled on Mainmark to provide advice and remediation works. Their communication was fantastic from our initial enquiry right through to the job being completed. We understood the issues, what work needed to be done, and the costs that were involved. All provided before we signed any contracts or made a deposit. On the day the team were on time and efficient in getting the job done. The work required them to be inside and outside our home. They were very respectful and cleaned up after completing the work. Just to add, the day the team worked was a very hot November day. This was no bother for them and they worked above beyond our expectations. Thank you Mainmark for your professionalism and outstanding work. We would recommended anyone to get in touch with them for issues regarding their home.

It was in March 2023 that a subsidence issue was found in my property in Ballarat as part of a building inspection report. The best solution to fix this problem was obviously resin injection. I got a number of quotes and consulted a number of experts to finally appoint the best ground engineering service for this purpose. Sam Hassan from Mainmark was able to gain my trust. He is very good at supporting the customer throughout the entire work process from the initial property inspection, to contract and price negotiations and finally the project completion. His careful assessment of the issue did make us organizing a drain inspection and helped us with discovering few drainage issues at the property as well which got addressed and fixed afterwards. Mainmark were really efficient and completed the Teretek injection in less than 4 hours. Polyurethane resin injection is an expensive service but when it becomes a necessity, it’d be better to be applied sooner than later and surely I highly recommend Mainmark Australia for this purpose.

Highly recommended! We noticed a crack appear in one of the walls in our house and wanted to have our concrete slab checked to see if it was sinking before it got worse. We called Mainmark Ground Engineering and they sent out Connor and Philip to do an assessment and quote. We were a bit nervous about what they would say because we had no idea about what could be wrong or what it could cost to fix. They were super friendly and professional and did a detailed level check of the entire floor with some high tech looking devices and came to the conclusion it was nothing to worry about, it was just sessional movements from the weather getting hotter and the house expanding a little.They also gave us advice on what to look out for with concrete slabs in the future. We really appreciate the effort and attention to detail they showed. It’s refreshing to deal with people like this, I’d recommend these guys to anyone!

Hi, I have a high set house in Beenleigh QLD. I engaged Mainmark Ground Engineering to come out and see if they can help to firm up and lift corner of the house and provide a quote.
