Mainmark welcomes Scott Cullum as its new Chief Executive Officer

Scott is a civil engineer with more than 25 years’ experience in civil infrastructure, asset preservation and structural rehabilitation. Most recently he led the Australian and New Zealand civil division of a global specialist civil engineering contractor, with full responsibility for strategy, commercial performance and operations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours from the University of Sydney and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management.

Chair Murray Coleman OAM, said: “Scott brings deep experience in the markets we serve and a strong record of leading technical, safety-critical businesses with commercial discipline. His practical, people-focused leadership is an excellent fit for Mainmark, and the Board looks forward to working with him as we continue to deliver for our customers across our regions.”

On joining the business, Scott said: “Mainmark has genuinely differentiated technology, a strong reputation with asset owners and a team that takes real pride in its work. I’m delighted to be joining and look forward to building on that foundation.”

The Board thanks Amy Williams for her leadership as Interim CEO since August 2026. Through her tireless efforts, Amy guided the business through the transition with steadiness and care, keeping momentum across our projects, people and customer relationships. She will continue as Mainmark’s Chief Growth Officer, leading the group’s growth strategy and working closely with Scott through the handover and the path ahead.
