Mainmark Appoints Amy Williams as Interim Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of Mainmark today announced the appointment of Amy Williams as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective 21 August 2026, following the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Peter Bierton.

Chairman Murray Coleman said: “The Board is delighted that Amy Williams has agreed to lead the business during this transition period. She brings a deep understanding of our company, our customers, and our markets, and has been an important contributor to our growth and success.”

Amy has served as Chief Growth Officer and has played a key leadership role across the company’s operations in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. “I am honoured to take on this responsibility,” said Amy. “My focus will be on supporting our people, serving our customers, delivering for our projects, and ensuring a smooth transition to the company’s next CEO. We have a strong business, an excellent team, and a clear path ahead.”

The Board has commenced a search process for a permanent Chief Executive Officer and expects Amy to lead the business until a permanent appointment is made.

The Board confirmed that the company’s strategy, operations, and priorities remain unchanged.

The Board thanked Peter Bierton for his contribution to the company and wished him well in his future endeavours.
