Our Recruitment Process
At Mainmark we apply best-practice recruitment approaches and always aim to keep you informed of your progress throughout the hiring process.
At times, we work with specialist recruitment agencies to find the right people. If you’ve submitted an application through a recruitment agency, we’ll generally make contact with the agency directly.
This is your chance to shine.
You’ll be asked to provide a cover letter and resume, plus answer 2-3 targeted questions.
When you submit an application, you’ll receive an email acknowledgment that it has landed in our inbox.
Your resume will be reviewed by a real-life person, not a robot! Our recruitment team will thoroughly review all applications and shortlist candidates for an initial phone call to briefly discuss your application.
If selected for an interview, the recruitment team will reach out to invite you to an interview either in person or over a video call.
Depending on the role, you may be required to complete one or more of the following checks:
• Background checks
• Working rights check
• Psychological assessment
• Pre-employment medical including, drug & alcohol screening
If you are the successful candidate, we will send you a formal offer to join our team.
If you are not the successful candidate, we may offer you a place in our talent pool.
New hires will go through a comprehensive onboarding and induction system as part of their orientation.
