Incredible company to deal with. Customer service is extremely helpful and answered every question with either an answer or a solution even often both. The on site team are second to none, perfect people to have work on and around your home, time efficiently spent and extremely neat site work. I received a prompt response to my enquiry and was pleased to have one of their managers visit my site the following week to evaluate our situation. It was determined in my case that the resin injection solution might not be suitable for our particularly situation and a thorough explanation was given as to how the solution might be used, the risks involved and the costs. I had an issue for selling our house. The building inspection pointed out that our foundation had a huge issue, and purchaser demand heavy reduction of purchase price, and we can’t afford that. I made contact with Mainmark just after Easter, response was super fast even it came from their head office at Aussie. Sean from Mainmark Auckland team not only reschedule our appointment earlier, but also, I believe the most important is that gave us his honest, professional advise. He used his special high tech machine (sorry, I don’t recall the name of machine he used) measured the whole house to prove that our foundation is perfectly fine, well settled within tolerance of building code. I used to deal lots of different companies in the building industry, to be honest, there are quite some companies only profit driven and doesn’t care about their customers. Sean and his team at Mainmark certainly is not the case. I would like to highly recommend their service to everyone, and definitely would like to work with them again.

I’ve had to deal with a lot of businesses when undertaking the remedial work on my house, Mainmark was easily one of the easiest to deal with, even during COVID levels 4 and 3 they responded very quickly and booked in a consultation no problem. Barry is a valuable ambassador for the company, he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly. In my case it turned out that my house was not in need of Mainmark’s services, even so Barry took time to share his helpful advice and treated us no different. It’s this honesty and integrity that I’ve found is not always easy to come by in NZ’s construction industry, and will no doubt build Mainmark’s reputation.

We had a great experience with Mainmark after finding the house I bought at auction had a sunken ring beam and floor levels were all over the place. They fixed the problem, made sure all the windows and doors shut and opened upstairs there was no cracking or damage to the new plaster and paint that had just been applied and they cleaned up so well we could hardly see where they had been. Mainmark staff were professional from the outset. Communication became an issue with Covid restrictions which were placed upon NZ businesses. I was promptly notified of changes as commencement date approached. On arrival the staff were courteous and professional throughout. Communication was excellent they advised me about conditions which could affect outcome and gave me solutions to enable a satisfactory conclusion. On completion the process and remedies were explained in detail giving great confidence in application process. Great work guys.

After having concerns about the foundations of our house we called mainmark and they organised someone to come out the same week. Not only were they quick to help, the person they sent out was extremely helpful. Barry was professional and knowledgeable. He was quick to work out that there were no foundation issues and he was able to tell me what the issues were and point me in the right direction – giving me notes on what needs to be done and how much of it we could do ourselves, making the whole experience very easy. It was awesome to be told that my problem was very minor and at this point I don’t have to take any action. He gave me clear instructions about what to look for that would indicate further sinking.
